Lab Gear & Processing Engines
Precision Drone Ops Lab Stack — Tested in Casper, WY Conditions
We process drone mapping datasets for Part 107 pilots nationwide from our RTX workstation lab in Casper, Wyoming. This is the exact hardware and software we use daily for orthomosaic stitching, DSM/DTM generation, point cloud densification, and CAD contour extraction — no fluff, no untested affiliate junk.
Everything listed here has survived Wyoming wind, dust, sub-zero LiPo mornings, and 400+ frame bundle adjustments. If it didn't make the cut in our actual Natrona County field tests, it's not on this list.
Our Core Processing Engines: We run a hybrid pipeline — WebODM (OpenDroneMap) for open-source control and georeferencing transparency, and Epic Games RealityCapture for ultra-fast CUDA mesh and point cloud densification. That combination gives us sub-1.5cm GSD orthomosaics and clean 1ft DXF contours in NAD83 Wyoming State Plane (EPSG:32156) and NAVD88 Geoid18 without charging you a monthly SaaS fee.
Field Hardware We Trust: From RTK birds like the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise (M3E) to NDAA-compliant Skydio X10 for infrastructure, centimeter-grade Emlid Reach RS2+ for GCPs, to the boring essentials that keep you flying — EcoFlow DELTA 2 for field charging, SanDisk Extreme Pro V30 for zero dropped frames, and Tripltek 1200-nit tablets you can actually see in direct Casper sunlight.
How we make money: We earn a small affiliate commission if you purchase through our Amazon links at no extra cost to you. That helps fund RTX hardware upgrades and keeps our processing turnaround at 12-24 hours. We do not accept paid placements — if we recommend it, we fly it or process with it.
